Our team at the Wyoming Inn of Jackson Hole wants you to know every single detail about our hotel and accommodation before you book a stay with us. Check-in/Check-out Policy:

Guests are invited to check in at 4pm and check out time is 11am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must be eighteen (18) years or over to check into a guest room.

72-hour Cancellation Policy:

Require 1st nights room/tax deposit at time of booking. Modifications or cancellations within 72 hours before your arrival date will result in the forfeit of 1st nights room and tax deposit. Modifications or cancellations prior to 72 hours will result in a $25.00 modification fee. No Show reservations will be charged the first night's room and tax, with any remaining days in the reservation being canceled.

Hotel Policies:

WYOMING INN is proud to be a smoke free property for the comfort of all our guests. WYOMING INN does not allow pets or bicycles on property. Please contact the front desk for Bicycle storage. Any infraction of hotel policies will result in a violation fee of $1,000 or more.

24 hour Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 4:00pm the day before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations/modifications after 24 hours will result in cancellations fees of the 1st nights room and tax. No Show reservations will be charged the first night’s room and tax, with any remaining days in the reservation being canceled.

Deposit:

Reservations require a deposit of the first night's room and tax at the time of booking.

Credit Cards:

Reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. All CC's will be pre-authorized on the day of arrival. Credit cards that are declined will be result in the reservation being canceled.
