Reservation Policies
Our team at the Wyoming Inn of Jackson Hole wants you to know every single detail about our hotel and accommodation before you book a stay with us. Our hotel policy below will offer you the insight you need before booking, including our cancellation policy and further terms and conditions. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Guests are invited to check in at 3pm and check out time is 11am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must be twenty one (21) years or over to check into a guest room.
HOTEL POLICIES:
Wyoming Inn is proud to be a smoke free property for the comfort of all our guests. Wyoming Inn does not allow pets. Any infraction of hotel policies will result in a violation fee of $500 or more.
The Wyoming Inn does not allow Pets on property. By law, The Wyoming Inn allows Service Animals on property with no additional fee. We do not accept Emotional Support animals. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
LUGGAGE STORAGE POLICY:
The Wyoming Inn is happy to store your luggage. Please contact the hotel, and choose option #1 to request storage of your items, or visit us at the front desk if you are on-site.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Eligible reservations require a one night deposit at time of booking. If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations 0-72 hours prior to arrival result in forfeit of your entire deposit. "No-shows" are charged the full contracted amount of the reservation. If a reservation is booked within the stated 72 hour window, the deposit of one night's room and tax is non-refundable. Please note: In certain situations, our cancellation policy can change based on certain rates or seasons. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any questions. We are happy to assist.
Modifications to reservations inside our cancellation policy are considered cancellations. If a reservation does not fulfill the agreed upon total cost of the stay (including checking out earlier than scheduled departure date, checking in later than scheduled arrival date, changing room types, etc.), the reservation will be charged the full contracted amount, and may be subject to additional fees.
*Due to the nature of our destination location, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances and travel delays.
CREDIT CARDS:
Reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. A deposit will be taken at time of booking and the remainder 72 hours prior to arrival. Declined credit cards will result in cancellation of your reservation.
SERVICE FEE:
All reservations are subject to a 7% service fee per night. The charge is added on top of your room rate and calculated at time of booking. If you booked via Expedia, this charge will be added to your reservation upon check-in. This fee covers parking, Wi-Fi and guest laundry facilities.
GROUP BLOCKS:
Reservations made by a single person or entity that total more than 6 rooms during the same time frame may require a group block and contract. The Wyoming Inn has the right to refuse service if more than 6 rooms are reserved via our website or a 3rd party website, without contacting the hotel to inquire about a grouip block. Due to the nature of our market and our hotel, group availability is limited during our busy summer season. Our standard cancellation policy does not apply to group blocks. Please contact the hotel to request a group block and the related terms.
LOST AND FOUND POLICY:
The Wyoming Inn makes all attempts to retrieve items that are left behind and catalog them for safe return to our guests. We receive a large amount of lost and found items and do our best to manage the returns, however, we cannot ensure that all items that are lost can be found and we cannot always assess whether an item left behind is a valuable, that should be cataloged. Therefore, we are not responsible for any items that are left behind and cannot guarantee that they will be returned.
