THE WHISTLING GRIZZLY
The Whistling Grizzly, our on-site restaurant, offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy locally-sourced cuisine.
**The Whistling Grizzly Restaurant will be closed for the off-season starting November 4th. We will reopen for the Winter Season with breakfast on December 6th and dinner on December 13th. We will serve a complimentary, continental breakfast during the time that the restaurant is closed.**
7 Days a week from 7AM until 10AM
Our own Whistling Grizzly Restaurant continues to serve the top tier breakfast with Chef Eusevio Castaneda at the helm. We pride ourselves on serving fresh, homemade breakfast featuring locally sourced ingredients. Light options include fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. For a more robust breakfast, must-try dishes include the Teton Omelette, Hoback Biscuits and Gravy, and our signature Mt. Moran French Toast with orange custard and fresh berries. We also serve award-winning Snake River Roasters Coffee, ground fresh for each brew.

We are also proud to announce that The Whistling Grizzly is now also open for Dinner! Executive Chef Andrew Klein with Head Chef Andrea Pyne have created a South American and European inspired menu while incorporating some Local Cowboy flavors like our featured Lockhart Ranch Flat Iron Steak and Hatch Chile Cheeseburger. Both Klein and Pyne bring 5 star hospitality experience as well as classical cuisine training to the Whistling Grizzly. We also offer a full bar menu including Local Brews, Fine Wine, and Fresh Cocktails.
