Executive Chef Marc Boussarie has created a regional bistro inspired menu utilizing local products such as Lockhart Ranch beef, Idaho trout and Vertical harvest greens. Both Chef Boussarie and F & B Director Jason Azarpour bring a 5-star hospitality experience as well as classic French culinary training to the Whistling Grizzly. We also offer a full bar menu including a full wine list, cocktails and local brews from Melvin and Snake River Brew Pub. Jason is a certified Sommelier, so make sure to ask him any question you would like about our wine list.
