Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are the best options for transportation. If you wish to rent a car, numerous rental car companies are located at the airport.
The hotel is a mile from the downtown area. In addition to summertime options of walking or bicycling (bicycles are available on the property), there is a free town bus that stops adjacent to the hotel every 25-30 minutes.
The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Teton Village. A town bus runs about every 30 minutes during winter months to/from Teton Village. The fare is $3 each way. The pickup location is directly adjacent to our parking lot. If you book your stay directly through our hotel, ask us about free bus tickets during winter.
Yes. We are happy to hold your skis in our storage room for your convenience.
The hotel has a fitness center with state-of-the-art Peloton equipment and a brand new hot tub with fireplace.
Breakfast is served in the Whistling Grizzly dining room from 6:30am to 9:30am daily. It is a made to order menu with locally sourced ingredients.
Dinner is from 5pm until 9pm.
In addition to the hotel's Whistling Grizzly, multiple dining establishments ranging from high-end to fast food are within four blocks of the hotel.
Absolutely! Our team is knowledgeable about the area and can make suggestions about activities, events, dining, and sightseeing. We also work with a number of local tour companies that offer sightseeing and wildlife viewing trips including winter activities such as snowmobiling through Yellowstone and horse-drawn sleigh rides to view the 5,000-10,000 elk herd that winters just minutes from Jackson.
Yellowstone is approximately 55 miles from Jackson. The trip will take you through a portion of equally beautiful Grand Teton National Park. The drive to get to the south entrance of Yellowstone typically takes 1-1/2 to 2 hours depending on traffic and how often you stop to see wildlife. The full-day Yellowstone trip can take 12-13 hours to do the entire loop and see many of the attractions. Please inquire about snacks at our front desk and to-go items in our restaurant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Eligible reservations require a one night deposit at the time of booking. If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations 0-72 hours prior to arrival result in forfeit of your entire deposit. "No-shows" are charged the full contracted amount of the reservation. If a reservation is booked within the stated 72 hour window, the deposit of one night's room and tax is non-refundable. We are able to be flexible with our cancellation policy.
Modifications to reservations inside our cancellation policy are considered cancellations. If a reservation does not fulfill the agreed upon total cost of the stay (including checking out earlier than scheduled departure date, checking in later than scheduled arrival date, changing room types, etc.), the reservation will be charged the full contracted amount, and may be subject to additional fees.
*Due to the nature of our destination location, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances and travel delays. Any cancellation requests outside of our busy seasons will be handled on a case by case basis.
The Wyoming Inn does not allow pets in the hotel. By law, we do allow Service Animals in the hotel at no additional fee. Emotional support pets are not allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 cleaning charge.
